TrainTraq is an online training assignment and record management system through which employees can access required online training and other professional development workshops/events. Access to TrainTraq is through the Single Sign On portal.

Creating a Discrimination-Free Workplace
This course provides an overview of A&M System policy on discrimination, including prevention of sexual harassment. Spanish version is also available. Employees repeat this program in a two-year cycle.

Ethics & Fraud
This course has two main sections. Section 1, Ethics, will familiarize you with A&M System policies and regulations that address ethics and provide an overview of common ethics issues you may encounter on the job. Section 2, Reporting Fraud, focuses on what to do when you suspect someone of not following ethical principles and standards. Spanish version is also available. Employees repeat this program in a two-year cycle.

Information Security Awareness

Creando un Lugar de Trabajo Libre de Disciminación
Este curso tiene tres metas institucionales principales. La primera meta es describir la filosofía y políticas del Sistema A&M en relación a la discriminación en el lugar de trabajo. A&M SYSTEM TRAINING: (Spanish version of Information Security Awareness, course no. 3001). Este curso cubre las prácticas informáticas seguras, políticas y leyes relacionadas; reconocer y responder a las preocupaciones de seguridad.
