We are pleased to announce that Texas A&M University System’s new incident entry portal is now available for HR Contacts/Supervisors to report work related employee injuries. The new incident entry portal is called Origami Risk, this site gives Workers Compensation Human Resource liaisons the ability to view incidents and claims, generate First Report of Injury and submit incidents to WCI.
